Our teams of professional design consultants and installers are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience throughout the entire process of creating and installing organizational solutions for the whole home.
01. Design consultation
Your new custom-designed storage space starts with a complimentary consultation with one of our expert design consultants. During this first meeting, we'll take measurements, inventory your belongings, and listen closely to understand your needs and ideas. Design consultations usually last 1-2 hours, but we’ll stay as long as necessary.
02. Collaboration
Once equipped with your design requirements, we’ll create a virtual model of your custom closet or other custom-designed solution using our proprietary 3-D software. This will demonstrate how your system will function, and help you visualize how it will look in your space. Together, we’ll make changes until it's exactly what you want. Your final design will include your choice of finishes, accents, accessories, and lighting.
03. Custom crafted for you
When complete, your design is custom-crafted by our team of specialists who use the finest materials from North America to create your system components. From sustainable materials to innovative accents, your new system will meet the highest standards, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
04. Professional installation
Your new system will be installed by our own employees: installation technicians who are specially trained on our products. They know being in your home is a privilege, and will protect your walls and floors to ensure they don't leave any marks. And when your installation is done we’ll make sure your new closet or organization solution is clean and ready for use.
